Itaú Unibanco announced the service of simulation and contracting of personal loans in the Whatsapp. The bank said that it already has more than 50 features on the platform and millions of calls every month.
According to the financial institution, it is possible to simulate the conditions, such as values, payment start date, interest and value of the installments, in addition to opting for contracting with or without insurance, all through the Meta messenger.
Service number is (11) 4004-4828 (Verified Business Account) and to start a simulation via WhatsApp, just have the bank contact saved on your cell phone and start a conversation with a message about personal credit.
After confirming the simulated information, just access the application to finalize the credit release in the current account, which happens instantly. The initiative is part of iVarejo 2030, a project that bets on the digitization of various services.
“We understand that it makes no sense to see the online and offline world as different things, and that is why we are integrating all Itaú channels within a phygital operation, to deliver more agility and convenience to our customers”, says Flávio Iglesias, director of the area. of Itaú Unibanco PF Products.
