Call Of Duty: Vanguard: New Changes Of The Year Revealed, With Weapon Balance

After a few well-deserved days of rest during the holiday season, the Sledgehammer teams are back and have revealed some things at the heart of the next updates for Call Of Duty: Vanguard: New Changes

Two months after the release of Call of Duty: Vanguard, it is still time for balances and various improvements. Although the experience is good, some weapons are still considered too powerful, such as shotguns, while several issues persist, requiring the developers to make further updates. In this first week of 2022, we should be entitled to a first round of fixes, as the studio explained on Twitter.

For now,  Sledgehammer is focusing on four important things. Changes will be made for the Panzerfaust challenges so that they are more easily validated by the players, an adjustment of the perks will also be part of the game, in particular, to counter the firepower while the mortar barrage killstreak should see its duration be slightly reduced. On the weapon side, shotguns, which reign on most battlefields, will normally be less powerful, unlike snipers, which will experience a small buff.

Sledgehammer concludes his little post by explaining that they are still working on various improvements, although they don’t necessarily communicate it. More such updates will come in the future.

These are the four modifications that Sledgehammer has detailed for an upcoming update to the game, although there will almost certainly be more when it arrives. At this time, there are no specifics on when the update will be released. According to Sledgehammer, more information will be released later this week, and updates will become more regular in the future.
