Only the recording set of the time show, program hosted by the protagonist. The Buenos Aires Film Commission, through the BASet system, collaborated in the management of filming permits in Buenos Aires.

Corrientes and 9 de Julio avenues were covered with hail. Due to the reduced traffic during the weeks of isolation, the team was able to film the scenes in the iconic downtown avenues without interrupting the passage of cars. The storm also reaches the buildings of the National Congress, the Obelisk and the Faculty of Law.

In a video released by Netflix this Monday, it shows behind the scenes detailing how the scene was created based on special effects and how it was recorded on the famous Corrientes Avenue. The creation of the hail was very challenging: these were balls of different sizes that were developed into the most believable shape through post-production work. That’s when they added digital pieces like the ones that crash against the National Congress and the Obelisk.

A base of falling rain and hail was used on set as a reference, to be completed at a later stage with digital hail to create the sensation of a single storm.. Perhaps the most laborious part of this process was that, after each scene, the floor had to be swept or gathered ball by ball, and the floor should be dried as best as possible. to bring it back to rain or hail for the next shot.
