Apple WWDC starts on June 5

Apple has announced that it will hold its 2023 developer conference from June 5 to June 9 at Apple Park in California. On the fifth day, a pre-recorded keynote will be shown and other programs will be held on site, so students and developers have already opened the opportunity to apply for on-site participation, but of course the opening day announcement will also be available via the usual online broadcast. Apple will certainly present iOS 17, iPadOS 17, the new macOS (14), tvOS (17) and watchOS (10) to developers, and based on rumors, a hardware presentation is also expected.

In terms of equipment, you can expect new Mac machines — Mac Pro, MacBook Air with a 15” display —, the third generation of M-series chips and the supposedly Reality Pro AR/VR glasses. Among these, the AR/VR glasses that have been rumored for years would represent a new product category, but it is not yet known whether it would work as an independent device or as an addition to the iPhone / Mac. It is also not known whether the device is dedicated to developers and creatives as a work tool or whether it is a gadget that anyone can incorporate into their everyday life. New software related to glasses and new development tools can also be presented at the conference.
