Several sources (a 91Mobiles and the GizmoChina also) writes that the Poco C50 will arrive on the Indian market on January 3. Poco’s official Twitter account confirmed that the phone, expected at the end of this year, will be pushed to the new year, although the date has not yet been confirmed by the manufacturer. It’s not likely to be a big deal, since the C-series collects the cheapest devices in Poco’s range, and the hardware won’t be particularly new or unique either, a renamed Redmi A1+ smartphone (pictured above) could be the novelty.

Based on this, the Poco C50 will offer a 6.52-inch HD+ LCD display with a 60Hz refresh rate and a waterdrop notch for the camera. The fingerprint scanner can be on the back, and 3 GB of RAM and 32 GB of storage can work together with the MediaTek Helio A22 chip under the back. With a 5,000 mAh battery and a low-power SoC, the phone’s operating time can be its strength, and Android 12 Go is not too power-hungry either. According to the rumors, charging will be possible with 10 watts, but only one of the two rear cameras will be able to be used for photography. A 5 MP front camera will be responsible for selfies.

If we base it on the domestic pricing of the Poco C40 and Redmi A1, then the Poco C50 should be somewhere around HUF 45,000 to HUF 60,000 by the time it gets here.
