We didn’t know that Motorola was preparing a new smartwatch, but thanks to the product page that was listed early, the appearance, specifications and price of the Moto Watch 70 will no longer be a surprise at the official premiere. Like the Moto Watch 100, the Moto Watch 70 is an activity tracker, but it offers more modest knowledge compared to the model presented at the end of last year, which is clearly reflected in the name and the more favorable price.
The square LCD display enclosed in a zinc alloy housing offers a resolution of 240 x 280 pixels at 1.69 inches without automatic brightness control. It has IP67 protection, up to 14 days of operation time, a pulse and blood oxygen sensor, but there is no ECG, NFC or built-in GPS, and LTE connection is not an option. The usual health and notification functions, as well as the 23 supported sports modes, are complemented by a slightly useful body temperature sensor as an extra. The Moto Watch 70 costs 99 Canadian dollars, which is about HUF 29 thousand.
