She couldn’t be happier. Gigi Hadid had her first child two years ago. She and Zayn Malik became parents to little Khai. Almost a year after the birth of the little ones, the couple announced their separation. This was followed by a proper mud fight, which is now over. In the meantime, the two should maintain a friendly relationship with each other – the two master parenthood quite well. Gigi especially loves her role as a mother!
The model told The Sunday Times: “I’m so glad to be a new mum.” She’s always been organized, so it was a blessing to have Khai at this point. “I always wanted to be a mother, but I was never obsessed with it,” she continues, but her little daughter has already given her so much!
Meanwhile, Gigi and Zayn seem to have settled in pretty well when it comes to parenting, too. The model tries to plan his work commitments in such a way that “Khai is with her father. The fact that she can be with both parents makes me very happy,” Gigi says happily.
Gigi, who divorced Zayn in 2021, explained: “When the world reopened when I became pregnant, I really began to consider what I wanted.
“It just kept coming back to a more consistent schedule where I’m not in a different place every week.”
Gigi eventually decided to establish Guest In Residence, a cashmere clothing company.
She stated: “This is quite calming. I have an office where I work. Everyone here is familiar to me.
“I don’t have to dress a certain way to seem. It’s a new experience for me, and it came at the ideal time since I was prepared.”
