The iPhone 14 Pro can record video in ProRes, but only in 1080p and 30 frames per second if you choose a model with 128 GB of storage space. For the rest of the Pro models with 256 GB of storage or more, ProRes up to 4k at 30 frames per second applies, writes Macrumors.

It is probably the file size that is the limitation, as a minute of recorded Prores video in 4k takes 6 GB, compared to “only” 1.7 GB at 1080p.
These are the same restrictions that apply to the iPhone 13 Pro.
