Doogee will set a record with the V Max’s 22,000 milliampere-hour battery, and otherwise, on paper, the package doesn’t sound bad either. In principle, the device will last 6-10 days without charging under normal use, 100 hours of talk time are available, it is willing to wait in the drawer for 64 days, and in case of exhaustion, we can fill it with 33 watts of power. We don’t know the dimensions yet, the manufacturer only revealed that the V Max will be 27.3 millimeters thick, which will certainly be associated with considerable weight.

The device evokes the design of Vertu, the back has a leather-like texture, and the case is MIL-STD 810H and IP68/69 certified. The fingerprint reader is located on the side, and a configurable physical action button is available on the opposite edge. Gold, silver or classic black metal parts try to bring some elegance to the durable design.

The hardware is supplied by MediaTek from the Dimensity 1080 series with 12 GB of operational memory, which can be expanded with an additional 6 GB from the 256 GB, UFS 3.1 expandable internal storage space. The 32-megapixel selfie camera fits into a 6.58-inch 120Hz IPS panel, and on the back is a 108-megapixel Samsung S5KHM2SP03 sensor fulfills the role of the main camera, which is a 16-megapixel ultra-wide-angle autofocus unit and a 20-megapixel Sony IMX350 Night Vision accompanied by a night vision camera. On both sides of the camera island, two LED auxiliary lights and two infrared sensors connect the sensors.

We do not yet know how much money the manufacturer will offer the device equipped with a brutally large battery, which will be introduced next month, or what additional extras the official product page will reveal in addition to NFC and a Hi-Res Audio certified speaker.
