Currently, the camera set is one of the biggest highlights of iPhones, but the first model It only came with a rear sensor. 2 megapixels and it didn’t have a front lens for selfieswhich was only introduced in future generations.

Those interested in buying the 1st iPhone chose between three internal storage options: 4 GB, 8 GB or 16 GB. Those amounts don’t even compare to the 1TB version offered on the more expensive models of the current generation of the lineup.
In 2007, iOS was also new and there was no App Store. Thus, those who bought the device at launch only had access to applications that were already installed by the manufacturer or shipped by operators.
Just like any other product, the iPhone also had its various prototypes before being officially launched. And youtuber Luke Miani got his hands on one of these models, valued at around US$ 500 thousand, something around R$ 2.6 million in direct conversion.
In the video published by the youtuber on his channel, it is possible to see in detail the external construction of the device, which by the way, still works. The prototype shown belongs to another youtuber, called DongleBookPro, who has a collection of models.
In only 2 and a half months of sales, the 1st iPhone reached the mark of 1 million units sold. So far, Apple has launched 34 iPhone models, the latest being the 3rd generation iPhone SE, announced last March.
